What is the cancellation policy?
Because we are such a small operation, we have what might appear to be a strict cancellation policy.All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to 6pm of the scheduled arrival date. A one-night room fee will be forfeited for no-shows or in the case of failure to cancel prior to the 7 day deadline. In order to protect ourselves from last minute cancellations, we do require holding credit card numbers on file from the moment of confirmation to the moment of departure. We, ourselves, are travelers and know that emergencies can and do occur. What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you have a reservation and need an early check-in, please email us or call in the day before your check-in and we will try to arrange it for you. Most of the time it should be possible. However, at 3:00 p.m. your room will be ready for you.

Is there free parking?
Yes, we offer free parking on our property. One vehicle is allowed per room. If you require more space, please let us know so that we can arrange something for you.
